Dimarellis, Konstantinos

Konstantinos Dimarellis was born in Thessaloniki. He holds a PhD degree in Labour Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master of Law at the Department of Business and Labour Law of the Democritus University of Thrace and has also studied at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He teaches as an Assistant Professor at the University of Nicosia Labour Law, Social Security Law, Company Law and Synthesis of Commercial Law. He has also given lectures as a guest Lecturer at the Universities of Stirling (Scotland), Limerick (Ireland) and Verona (Italy). He works as a Lawyer since 2008, member of Thessaloniki Bar Association. He is the author of the monographs "Fundamental principles of Disciplinary Law" and "Lifting of corporate veil especially in Labour Law" and has published plenty of papers related to Labour Law issues. He is a mediator of the Organization of Mediation and Arbitration (OMED). He has participated as a speaker at conferences and workshops, has published articles in newspapers and has given TV and radio interviews. He speaks English and German.
