ILO Centenary Declaration for the Future of Work, 2019 [17]

The world of work is experiencing transformative change, driven by technological innovations, demographic shifts, climate change and globalization. Global Wage Report 2022-23: The impact of inflation and COVID-19 on wages and purchasing power [20]

This ILO flagship report examines the evolution of real wages, giving a unique picture of wage trends globally and by region.

The 2022-23 edition also includes evidence on how wages have evolved through the COVID-19 crisis as well as how the current inflationary context is biting into real wage growth in most regions in the world. The report shows that for the first time in the twenty-first century real wage growth has fallen to negative values while, at the same time, the gap between real productivity growth and real wage growth continues to widen.

Με επιτυχία ολοκληρώθηκε η συμμετοχή των Μεσολαβητών και Διαιτητών του ΟΜΕΔ στο πενθήμερο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα Building effective labour dispute prevention and resolution systems, της Διεθνούς Οργάνωσης Εργασίας - ILO - που έλαβε χώρα στο Διεθνές Εκπαιδευτικό Κέντρο, ITC-ILO - στο Τορίνο, την εβδομάδα 21-25 Νοεμβρίου 2022.

Οι Μεσολαβητές και Διαιτητές του Ο.ΜΕ.Δ. είχαν την ευκαιρία να επιμορφωθούν σε επίκαιρα ζητήματα και βέλτιστες πρακτικές στα πεδία των συλλογικών διαπραγματεύσεων και της επίλυσης συγκρούσεων στις εργασιακές σχέσεις.
